Tire só a tampa da tampa e vá acrescentando, aos poucos, 1/2 xícara de azeite de oliva. Quando acabar o azeite, coloque o óleo, num fio, até que a maionese dentro do liquidificador feche, isto é, fique sem o buraco no meio das pazinhas virando. Dê uma mexida com o liquidificador desligado, ligue novamente (não esqueça da tampa) e coloque mais óleo.
